Commission to probe Newcastle scandal

The situation in Newcastle involves an offshore provider. Herein, that Australian university has engaged an offshore party recruit Malaysian students whom probably were unable to make it into the local Malaysian university based on merit. Thus, the need to cheat is heightened. The University of Newcastle has adopted a head in the sand approach to what at this time appears to be the legitimate concerns of the lecturer whom marked the students' papers and reprted the pliagiasm that was subsequently overturned. If the University and its senior officers are found to be involved in corruption and a cover-up, one hopes the ICAC comes down like a ton of bricks on the University and the individuals concerned. Post Script: If your university is involved in offshore operations, it is important that you take full control of your programs and delegate nothing. Watch these offshore operators like a hawk. Don't let them teach and mark for you, because your university loose too much in terms of governance.
