Repeating the BLAST-P steps carried out so far, search for and find protein sequences for pacific Oyster (Crassostrea gigas) and Barley (Hordeum vulgare). Once you have done so, copy the FASTA formatted sequences to the same NotePad file that contains your other sequence. Make sure there are blank lines between the sequences. Click NEXT.
