Materials

There are no standard materials required for all students. Individuals may need to purchase items relating to class projects.


Policies

Class Attendance:
  • I expect you to attend all scheduled classes.
  • Each class is two hours and a hefty proportion of our time together. If you cannot avoid missing a class, arrange to meet with me to discuss missed material and activities.
Homework:
  • You may work in groups, unless otherwise stated.
  • Homework is due at the start of class.
Projects:
  • There is one project. We will discuss details as a class during the Short Term.
  • Your project proposal is due at the start of class on Friday, May 6.
  • You will present a summary of your work so far during class on Friday, May 13.
  • The final demonstration and writeup are due during class on Thursday, May 26.
Cedar Point Field Trip:
  • We leave May 16 for Cedar Point. We will spend May 17, 18, and 19 at the park, and will return to Bates May 20.
