Performance, or Metaphor?
It’s telling me that if we don’t learn to properly focus, our Sisyphean
push towards progress as a society will be derailed, and we’ll be left staring
at spinning wheels.

It’s inspiring to see a protagonist persist through adversity ‘till
he/she/it keels over and accepts his/her/its fate. The lack of focus has also
made it clear how emotionally distant the protagonist is from society.
