- Transitioned duties of a retiring employee to other staff members, including writing procedures and training.
- Wrote procedures for sending record sets to Marcive for authority work.
- Formulated workflow and new procedures for Unintentional Withdrawals.
- Established a Withdrawal Area in Bib Services for intentional withdrawals.
- Wrote procedures for processing books.
- Revised the procedures for attaching holdings to OCLC.
- Established new way to track Innovative system numbers.
- Wrote guidelines for processing/cataloging standing orders.
- Reorganized space in Bib Services for a government documents processing area; trained student assistant to process incoming government documents; wrote new procedures for gov doc serials.
- Finished the AquaBrowser implementation (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
- Wrote the CBB Systems and Cataloging Committee Druapl site.
- Wrote a CBB approval plan with Colby and Bowdoin for music scores.
- WebBridge
- Added new reference resources to WebBridge.
- Made the resource panel more compact.
- Established process for collecting WebBridge statistics.
- Loaded record sets/wrote load tables:
- Ebrary-PDA trail record work.
- Installed Release 2009B; implemented enhanements.
- Set up project to finish re-class of Small Press Books in Special Collections, including staff training.
- Journal weeds.
- 2010 and 2011 periodical cancel lists.
- Set up coding and display for vault indicator.
