- Set up selective outsourcing of authority work with Marcive .
- Headed search for Library Web and Systems Developer (2/2008-4/2008).
- Coordinated computer upgrades for staff using Millennium in preparation for Release 2007 (4/2008/7/2008).
- Marcive authority project
(6/2008-7/2008).
- Put name load table that adds cross-reference from open date in Local record load section.
- Loaded all files from Marcive since initial re-load of authority file. Wrote procedures.
- Loaded the special project files from Marcive. Deleted all Blackwell records.
- Sent first batch of adds/deletes. Updated procedures.
- Installed and configured wireless scanners. Wrote procedures for creating lists with wireless scanner. Updated inventory and newbooks procedures (7/2008).
- Installed Release 2007 (7/2008.) Worked with departments on new features, configurations, etc. (7/2008-9/2008).
- Member of the CBB task force investigating joint CBB Next-Gen catalog (12/2007-8/2008).
- Loaded Wright American Fiction and Humanities E-book Project record sets. This included writing/revising load tables and implementing Marcive authorities overnight processing service (8/2008).
- Surpervised implementation and documentation of Maps via WebBridge project by the Library Web and Systems Developer. Upon completion, de-activated clickable locations/borrow use table functionality (5/2008-8/2008).
- Wrote new procedures for processing compct discs in Millennium, including the new Audio/Display CD procedures (9/3/2008).
- Wrote load table for Cambridge records. Included 2 new mapping tables: one to add a prefix to the 001 field, the other to add |h[electronic resources] to the 245 field.
- Wrote load tables for single-title CBB e-books records from Yankee. Passed them to Colby and Bowdoin to eidt for their schools (11/2008).
- Deleted records with icode2 0-4. These were unintentional withdrawals done 2000-2004. Except that there we many errors that had to be double-checked with the shelf, since icode2 and status did not match. (9/2008/-12/2008).
