The Madingley Conferences of the Friends of Mount Athos
An Archive of Descriptions of the Conferences
This page documents the history of the Madingley Conferences – a series on international conferences of the Friends of Mount Athos.
The series takes its name from Madingley Hall, a grand sixteenth-century country house 3 miles west of Cambridge.
The hall serves as a University conference centre; all of the Madingley Conferences have taken place here.
