ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2007

 

 

This yearÕs AGM will be held on Saturday 9 June at St AnneÕs College, Oxford. The programme will be as follows.

 

11.00   Coffee and registration in the Mary Ogilvie Theatre Foyer

 

11.30       Bishop Hilarion Alfeyev of Vienna, representative of the Russian Orthodox Church to the European Institutions, will speak on the subject

13.00   Buffet lunch

 

14.15      AGM (guests are welcome but may not vote)

 

14.45         Mr George Dalakouras, Governor of Mount Athos, will speak about

 

MOUNT ATHOS TODAY AND THE ROLE OF THE CIVIL GOVERNOR

 

16.00    Tea

 

There is no charge for attending the AGM, but for the rest of the dayÕs programme (including coffee and tea) the charge is £10.00 (students £5.00). The charge for lunch is £15.00. Please indicate your intentions on the slip below and send it as soon as possible (to arrive no later than 25 May) with your cheque to Jeremy Black, Proffitts House, Millers Lane, Hornton, Oxon OX15 6BS. Cheques should be made payable to The Friends of Mount Athos.
