* I am at least eighteen (18) years old and am a 3rd or 4th year student at Bates or another college or university.
* I agree to complete the survey in one sitting.
* I have at least fifteen (15) minutes set aside to complete the survey.
* I have not taken this survey before.
* I understand that the findings of the study will be interpreted and recorded only on a group basis with no identification of specific individuals, unless I choose to provide my email address at the end of the survey. I understand that my responses will be anonymous and confidential. In the event that I chose to provide my email address, my results will be kept confidential.
* In order to be entered into a raffle for gift certificates to local restaurants and cafes for participating in this survey, I understand that I must provide my email address at the end of the survey and then on the following page, enter my full name, and type "raffle" under the box labeled "other."
