Not a problem as far as competition goes - but they might not like us 
removing their source of revenue.

Well, my initial reaction to the agreement involves an expletive, but I'd 
say otherwise that we can possibly ask them to give us a freebie and that 
it would be good publicity (hinting w/o saying that if they don't, it could 
go over rough). Other access I'm not sure about...
