New web server ready for testing

The iMac has been changed over to LinuxPPC and loaded up with the latest 
version of the web pages as of a week or so ago.  It is ready for 
testing.  The address to access it may look a little funny, because the 
machine hasn't been named, but it will work.  Here's the URL:

Please test it as thoroughly as you can and report back your findings, 
both good and bad.  We will try to be ready to bring the machine online 
for production use in about a month.  This changeover should be 
completely transparent, including account names and passwords.  More 
about this final stage in our move to bring power, stability, and 
services to our Web offering as the changeover time approaches.
