Hi Jim, I too use WS_FTP (I assume the same as your WSFTP?). Ideas. 1. Double check your username/password by telnet. 2. If that works do the following, else yell. Bring up WS_FTP, Clear the Save pwd check box, Clear the Password field, Click Apply, Click OK Fill in your password in the Password Pop-up box and click OK. 3. If that does not work, yell.
