Bad Link file on ftp.avcnet.org

Hi all,

I moved a copy of the bad link file to the following location.

www.avcnet.org/htdocs/utility/bl991029x2.asc

I have marked the sections of this file to be handled by the owners and
amended that as corrections were completed.
