That will take care of all the /arts.html errors. I also fixed the isps.shtml page, which, for some reason, had an old version of the footer and header hard coded. Generally, the problem with local page addresses is that many of them had their endings changed from .html to .shtml. Good job with organizing the errors, Bob.
