December statistics

The latest statistics are online.  This is the first month under the new 
server.  I'm still working on the log file formatting to get our reports 
out correctly.  For this month, we gained information by directory, but 
lost the information on Referrers.

Next month, I hope to get the Referrer information back and have stats on 
web browser versions.
