Search engine online.

I'm very pleased to report that our search engine is now online.  The 
link is on the AVCNet home page.

This is only step one, of course.  Now that we have the software and it 
seems to be working, we need to get permission to index other sites.  
Help from anyone on this list will be welcome.  Hopefully, the schools 
who participate in AVEC will agree, readily.  That will give us a good 
start.

My thought is to index one site per night, maximum.  That will keep the 
workload on our server down, and minimize the impact on "member sites".

How about it; who wants to be the first??
