The latest report of the web server useage is now available at the usual address: http://www.avcnet.org/utility/ Some interesting changes. The total number of requests is up about 9600, yet the number of _pages_ requested only increased less than 900. Ne-do-ba continues to increase in popularity. The Lewiston Library's proportion of the page hits is down to 14.7% from 21.7%. Actual hits went from 7075 down to 6184. Summertime = less library useage? Hits on the AVCNet home page were up from 377 to 816. This would account for some of the increase in total requests, because each load of the home page involves loading over a dozen graphics. What interesting trends or anomalies do you see in the reports? What do you make of the big jump in hits from the .net domain and the big drop in the .us domain? --- Jim Hart, Treasurer Androscoggin Valley Community Network "Working together we _can_ make a difference."
