May web server statistics

The May '98 report is now online.  By way of summary:

  - daily average for May is nearly identical to April, down from the March
peak by 10%

  - The Lewiston Public Library pages account for 1/3 of the total traffic.

  - Due to some server down time and network problems at the Library, the
actual statistics might have been slightly higher than reported.

  - Errors are, stubbornly, up slightly.  I'm working on setting up new server
software to see if we can improve both speed and reliability.
