On Friday, I went to Augusta to meet with Anthony Citrano, the Governors
liaison to the Electronic community.  I delivered a letter, (the text of
witch I will post tomorrow, when I bring it home from work <sheepish
grin>) that had the signatures of Sysop's, Users, and other interested
parties from the L/A and B/B areas.  I also meet with Mike Blake at the
DEP's Data Management Unit.

I am happy to say that both meeting's went extremely well.  I expect
that information from some state agencies should start to be made available
via mailing list soon, a FTP server for state documents, common
naming convention for state employees, and other (system level)
improvements.  I also discussed the 4.0 Million that NyNex is to spent on
this PUC Rate rebate issue.  I expect to have more on that and the PUC
latter...

I would like to thank all those who took the time to look at the letter
(and singed it...)
