Filing Articles of Incorporation

In completing our Nonprofit Articles of Incorporation paperwork I 
came across two items on which we will have to take action before 
filing:

1. Our current bylaws sets no upper limit for the number of 
members-at-large which sits on our Board.  According to the Maine 
Statutes, this is not cool.  We will need to set a maximum number for 
the members at large which can be on the Board.

2. We need to name one "Registered Agent" to put on our application.  
This is merely a name and address for the state to keep on file in 
order to have a way to reach us.  I would volunteer putting my name 
and the Lewiston Public Library address down.
