What about just setting it so they can't get more than x bytes of
e-mail per day. Can waffle do that? Then they can't send out e-mail
to an automated FTP account and request files...at least not large
ones.
Then a time limit could also be set...say 20 minutes. Should be plenty
of time for anyone. We don't want to be to harsh. Chances are that if
someone needs more than 20 minutes, they will be doing a lot of e-mail
and should consider becoming a contributer. Maybe even 15 minutes.
