Hi Roger, I am not about to dictate rules and regs, just trying to express my thoughts on this subject. In your last quoted paragraph above, does a 'new user' get the 10 mins full access without paying a dime? If so, is 10 minutes enough time for a user to manuever the board and read/send an e-mail message? With your non profit status I have no objections to having a user charged for increase time on a system. What I feel is that AVCNet systems 'should' allow some time for a community member to access e-mail/newsgroups at no charge. How long that member should have is determined by how long it would take a new user to move to a reading/posting area. This is course is my opinion only.. Anybody have any comments?
