Mmmm...what I meant was that 64k/128k ISDN connections at an
affordable rate, as they are now in some parts of Massachusetts,
could alleviate the need for leased digital circuits and their high
expense, both startup and monthly. This could provide high speed
connections, both for the BBSs and for their customers.
