Reflection papers should be brief (between 1-1/2 and 2 pages, double-spaced and typed). They should develop an answer to one of the questions posed for class during the week. These papers are intended to help you develop your thinking about specific issues of a film or story; you should be as concrete and specific as possible - referring to particular images, scenes, motifs, etc. in the work you discuss as it relates to the question or theme you're addressing

You are required to write four reflection papers over the course of the semester; two must be handed in before the October break, and two after. You may hand them in any week (focusing on the readings/film for that week) by Friday at 4:00.
