Today, we would like you to answer some questions about your service-learning experience this term. We will not focus on your individual responses, but will consider the information you give us along with the information obtained from others, to obtain a general picture of students and service-learning.
By agreeing to participate, you confirm all of the following as true:
* I am at least eighteen (18) years old.
* I agree to complete the survey in one sitting.
* I have at least fifteen (15) minutes set aside to complete the survey.
* I have not taken this survey before.

Your participation in this project is voluntary. Your course grade will not be affected by a refusal to take part. Your answers will be kept confidential; your professor will not see them. Only members of the research team will see the questionnaires, and they will put the data into a computer file that does not contain any names.
You will notice that some questions are very similar to other questions. This is done on purpose to check that your responses are consistent. Please answer the questions below as honestly and frankly as you can.
