Research Interests
Broadly speaking, my area of research is algebraic geometry
(Wikipedia
entry). In particular, I am currently looking at a few applications
to the theory of error-correcting codes (Wikipedia entry).
Those applications involve:
- curves over finite fields
- Goppa codes
- genus calculations
- lattice constructions and theta functions
- quantum codes
- asymptotically good towers of curves

their automorphism groups", (work in progress).
