Photoshop Nonsense, Fark Contests

Hall of Fame

I frequently compete in the regular photoshop contests at fark.com. The goal of the site is to manipulate an image based on a given source image, or to create something based on an assigned theme. Usually humor is more important for getting votes than photoshop skills, but obviously the best entries combine both.  For a complete archive of all of my entries, check out the unofficial Fark Honor Roll. My user name is Dr. Rosenrosen, which you can click on to see my entries.

This is my all time favorite creation. Photoshop Ashlee Simpson's little friend

Third place here, too.  Notice how I used the Iraqi flag tricolor and substituted the religious symbols for the Arabic script?  Didn't think so.

This was my highest vote getter for a while, until the saber-toothed kitten came along.  A clear victory (with 271 votes, almost twice as many votes as 2nd place). However, it is somewhat on the suggestive side. The contest is Non-sports uses for sports equipment

A very popular entry for the contest "How would your favorite or least favorite company be different if you were in charge?".  It won 5th place.

This one didn't get tons of votes since it didn't fit the contest theme very well.  But I really like how it turned out. From the contest "Theme: 'Hey y'all, watch this.'"
