Proceedings Volume

[Virginia Tech]

We at long last have a publisher for the Proceedings volume.  Oak Knoll
wants to look at a manuscript and hopes to publish the volume in
conjunction with the British Library.  We have received manuscripts from a
number of participants and will now begin to shape those into a collection.
Those of you who wish to be included but have not provided copies of your
papers, please do so or let us know of your intentions.  The volume will
not appear until Spring 1998, but we would like to get the completed
manuscript to Oak Knoll by the end of the summer at the latest.
