News Release Page

News Release Pages are used for current and archived News Releases under Bates Now. The current ones live in the News Releases folder immediately under Bates Now. When the news gets old, the pages must be moved to the appropriate folder in the News Release Archives. When you do this, you MUST CONVERT THE LAYOUT to NewsReleaseArchive.xsl

Headline The headline of the story text

Type in the name of the photo file, or click on the three dots to select from a list of files.

The maximum news release photo width is 240, although it can be as narrow as 135. The height can be whatever it works out to be.

Note: To access the image, you must first import it into the ICMS Images directory.

*We no longer use News Release Archive; just keep them NewsRelease.xsl forever, even when they migrate to the archive. Schema elements for the archive should be phased out.
