This information is being collected to improve the way our Web sites look and work. Issues will be addressed by the Web Mgt Team. Results will be posted on the webweavers list.

Your email address:		This will be helpful if a designer or developer has questions about the problem you're reporting. Ex: "hsolo@bates.edu"
URL:		The full Web address of the page that contains the error. Ex: "http://www.bates.edu/x10875.xml"
What you expected to see:		What the Web page should have looked like. Ex: "All text on the page to appear as recognizable characters, regardless of the language." or "A list of the faculty in the math department."
What you actually saw:		What the Web page actually displayed. Ex: "Characters that should have been accented French letters displayed as blocks." or "The page displayed but the list of faculty was missing."
Comments:		Any additional information that you think would be useful. Ex: "I tried this in 3 different browsers and with different language settings. The result was the same."
