COLBY RECORDS 30 KILLS AS BOBCATS COMPLETE PERFECT HOME SEASON

LEWISTON, Maine -- Senior middle hitter Amanda Colby (Willimantic, Conn.) recorded 30 kills in a marathon five-set match against Tufts as the Bobcats completed their home season with a perfect 11-0 record. Colby hit .591 against the Jumbos (30 kills, 4 errors, 44 attempts) with 22 digs and 2 blocks. She was even more impressive against Middlebury in the day's first match with 18 kills and one error in 24 attempts for a .708 percentage. The Bobcats next travel to Amherst for the Hall of Fame tournament.
