    • Athletes first and last name
    • Event (one line per event)
    • Performance
    • Date of performance
    • Site of performance
  •  Please list your entries in the following order:
    • All Relays you intend to run (List relay teams, not relay members, all potential relay members must be included on the team roster submitted on Monday)
    • Athletes entered in the 55 dash, followed by the 55 hurdles
    • Athletes in the 200 meters through the 5000 meters
    • List field event athletes in the following order: Pentathlon, Shot Put, 35lb Wt Throw, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault.
    • Use Metric marks for all field event entries
  •  Only entries verified by the New England Division III Rankings List will be accepted into the meet. A final ranking list will be posted Monday February 14th. If your athlete is not on that list with the correct performance, contact Erik Nedeau of Amherst College immediately with proof of performance. Bring your original entry form to the meet.
  • NOTES FOR FINAL DECLARATIONS
    • No cover sheets are needed.
    • All athletes must be listed in the New England rankings in the events entered.
    • If you make an error in your entries at final declaration, resend every thing before the Tuesday February 15th 8 pm deadline.
    • Honest Effort Rule will be in effect at 8 pm, Tuesday February 15th. If you have made a serious omission or error, submit the corrections, but you must petition the games committee at the meet.

PROVISIONAL ENTRIES (NON-QUALIFIED ENTRIES):

  • Provisional entries accepted into the top twelve at the seeding meeting become declared entries and are subject to the honest effort rule. Those accepted due to scratches have the option of competing (they declare at check-in).
  • A qualified athlete may be a provisional entry in another event. The provisional entry may displace the qualified entry if so stated on the entry. Example: Athlete qualified in 800, but would prefer 1000 as a non-qualifier. Coach lists both on the final entry and states on 800 entry "only if not accepted in the 1000."
  • Multiple provisional entries may be filed, provided the coach declares the priority order on the entry, which will be in effect until the seeding meeting, after which the athlete, if accepted into an event based on priority or the only field allowed, must compete in that event.
  • Declared provisional entries cannot be bumped by a late entry under Article IX, Section 5C.
  • Those that remain in a provisional status the day of the meet may check with the clerk or head judge at check-in time for possible scratches which may reduce the field below twelve.
  • An athlete who is accepted into a field after the seeding meeting has concluded, and accepts going into that field, must still compete in his declared events, if there are any, or be disqualified from the meet.

COACHES' CALL-IN

  • Wednesday February 16th from 8:00-9:00 PM, coaches may call (207) 786-6360 to find out where their athletes stand. All coaches that submit an accurate e-mail address with their entries will receive a copy of their declared entries and their respective rank sometime on Wednesday.
