Six different Bates players scored goals, led by sophomore attack Mike D'Addario (Locust Valley, N.Y.) who had four goals and two assists for a game-high six points. Junior Mike Apfelbaum (Harrisburg, Pa.) notched three goals and two assists, while first-year attack Dylan Cruess (Concord, N.H.) scored three goals. First-year attack Dan Kollar (Middle Island, N.Y.) was in on five of the Jumbos' seven goals with four goals and an assist. Sophomore goalkeeper Jason Beyer (Peekskill, N.Y.) made 17 saves to pick up the win for the Bobcats, while Tufts senior Andres Torizzo (Harwinton, Conn.) had 12 saves in the losing effort. Bates will try to even its CBB record at Bowdoin on Thursday.
