Anyone can be the eye-candy, posterboy captain for a sailing team, but it takes real brains to make everything go. Lily's leadership through the drama, comedy, and, sadly, tragedy that go along with the everyday workings of a small-time sailing program has helped the team immensely. Carving out a spot between nuerotic parent and the team coach, Lily somehow makes sure practice runs smoothly and that people goe to events and come home in one piece. Plus, as one of the core 4 of the team, she's a pretty good sailor too. Show your appreciation by zipping up her drysuit for her and helping her get her Opti lifejacket on, she's worth it.
