Easternicus Seriesus Dominus

Ben has been sailing all his life from Maine to Nantucket. He spent the summer teaching sailing, and is excited to contribute to the team this year. He most recently joined with perennial Eastern Series ace Emily Doble to dominate the first Eastern Series event of the new season. Applying his skipper-like knowledge to jib trim and kinetics, Ben was instrumental in Bates' win of the event. He has a great team mentality, both during practice and after. He has a reputation akin to Cal Ripken in showing up for consecutive sailing gatherings, always exactly on time. He raced for Wellesley High before Bates.
