Distance: 5 Miles

 

Description: Invented by the Class of 2008 distance runners one day in the fall of 2004. Involves a perilous trek over the trestle that connects Lewiston and Auburn. Crossing the trestle with people who are afraid of heights is always good fun. Once over the trestle a decision can be made about the distance of the run. By going over the footbridge the run is 5 miles. By continuing past the footbridge and crossing the Green Bridge the run becomes 5.5 miles
