EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR THE RATIFICATION OF THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT


Mr. ROBERT C. BYRD. Mr. President, I, therefore, move that the Senate proceed to the consideration of House Joint Resolution 638.
