CONTINUATION OF HEARINGS ON THE "NEW FEDERALISM"
Mr. MUSKIE. Mr. President, on March 8, 14, and 15, the Subcommittee on Intergovernmental Relations of the Committee on Government Operations, will continue taking testimony on the impact of the President's proposals for a "New Federalism" on the relationship between the Federal Government and State and local governments. The hearing on March 8 will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the hearings on March 14 and 15 will begin at 10 a.m. in room 3302, Dirksen Building.
