THE FESTIVAL SINGERS OF TORONTO
Mr. MUSKIE. Mr. President, it was my good fortune to listen to the Festival Singers of Toronto today during their performance in the Senate Office Building rotunda.
They are extraordinary representatives of their city and their nation, and I am proud that we could be their hosts today.
Their repertoire is wide and their talents self-evident. Their audience this noontime was obviously moved by their performance. The response of all of us was warm and immediate, an indication of our appreciation for them.
I have had many cordial and valuable experiences with our neighbors from Canada. Today's performance by the Festival Singers .was one of the most pleasant and rewarding.
I thank them for coming to Washington, and I send home with them a full measure of gratitude for their visit.
