The collection is comprised of miscellanous manscript material received from various sources. It includes an Orderly Book dating from the American Revolution, a journal kept during a transatlantic journey in the 1830s, a collection of letters by Walter Pater compiled by Lawrence Evans (Bates Class of 1956). Also includes research material of Malcolm Henry Ikin Letts, personal negatives of Brooks Quimby, and deeds and other material from Harry P. Dill.
