Software used at Bates can be found on the file server Denmark.

Many applications require a registration number. These can sometimes be found in the "Read Me" file found in the installation folder.

The more applications installed on a computer, the more unstable it becomes. Try and keep the number of installed applications down to a minimum to assure reliable computer performance.

Whenever you install new software, it is best to first close all other applications. On Macintosh computers, temporarily disable your virus protection software.
