Group will be performing routine maintenance to the Bates
Network on:

ALL Network Connectivity and Services will be affected, including, but not limited to:
- Banner/Garnet Gateway
- E-Mail/Webmail
- Network File Storage
- Internet Browsing
- Dial-in/VPN Connections
- Web Services
- Cisco Clean Access Agent/SNAP/Wireless

If you have file(s) stored on any form of Bates Network Storage (Paris, Denmark, China, Belfast, etc.) that may need to be accessed during the maintenance period, please copy your file(s) to another form of storage media (Floppy Disk, Zip Disk, Hard Drive, etc.) If you need assistance with determining storage alternatives, please feel free to contact Help Desk Services x8222.
