Please be aware that all Campus Lab Computers are managed remotely.

• Any changes to the standard setup are removed at least once each day.
• When creating documents on a lab computer, save your work to a removable media (cd/dvd/usb drive) or Paris periodically to ensure a backup.
• Any work left on the hard drive will be deleted automatically and is not recoverable.
• When you leave a lab computer, be sure to log yourself off or reboot the computer to ensure the security of your network files.

YOU CAN OPEN FILES DIRECTLY FROM PARIS: KEEP ALL OF YOUR FILES SAFE!
