By Phone: Beginning July 14 tickets may be purchased over the phone with a credit card. To order call our Box Office at (207) 786-6161. Box Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 1-6 p.m. Tickets ordered over the phone may be picked up at the venue, open one hour before the performance.

In Person: Beginning July 14 tickets for all shows may be purchased at the Bates Dance Festival Box Office at Bates College, Chase Hall, 2nd floor, 56 Campus Ave., Lewiston, open 1-6 Monday through Saturday.

By Mail: Complete the order form and return it with your payment to: Bates Dance Festival, 163 Wood St., Lewiston, ME 04240-6016. All tickets ordered by mail will be held at the venue, open one hour before the performance.

Due to the intimate setting of Schaeffer Theatre (300 seats), we strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance. We regularly sell out! All orders will be filled with the best available seats. All seats are reserved.

Our lower priced tickets are available to:
• Children 12 & under
• Full-time students with ID
• Seniors 65 & older
• Bates College faculty and staff
• Subscriptions: An order of 5 or more performances qualifies for a 10% discount.

Service Charge
There is a $1 handling fee per ticket on all sales.

Group Sales
The Bates Dance Festival welcomes groups, and offers a 10% ticket discount for those groups of 15 or more. Please call our Box Office to check availability of tickets or for more information at 207-786-6161, open Monday –Saturday 1-6pm beginning July 7.

Children
Every person, including small children, must have a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please be considerate of other audience members.

Late Seating
At the discretion of house manager. Ticketed seating is guaranteed up to ten minutes prior to curtain. Standing is not permitted in the theater.

Waiting List
In the event of a sold-out show, the waiting list begins one hour prior to curtain up. Names may be placed on the list by appearing in person at the Box Office. Names will be called 5 minutes prior to curtain.

Accessibility
All theaters are wheelchair accessible. Please call in advance to let us know if you require special seating.
