Your tax-deductible contribution to the Bates Dance Festival (BDF) enables us to bring renowned contemporary dance to Maine each summer. With your support we offer hundreds of new and returning concert-goers world class performances, lectures, panel discussions, and informal showings; provide professional training to over 350 students from our community, region and the world; invest in the creation of new work by emerging and established artists; and enrich our community with outreach activities like our Youth Arts program and Community Dance Projects.
