Cancellation & Refund Policy

All fees paid (less application fee) will be fully refunded only if written notice of cancellation is received on or before June 13. YDW tuition is nonrefundable after this date for any reason including illness or injury. Room and board fees may be refunded (less $30 administrative fee) on or before June 27.

Young Dancers Workshop Application

Students are strongly encouraged to send their complete application package in early to insure placement. Enrollment is limited and the program fills quickly. Students are accepted on a rolling basis. When full enrollment is reached students will be notified and added to our waiting list. Application materials must be properly completed or you will not be registered. Faxed application forms are accepted from international students only. Students may begin the application process on line by completing and submitting the top section of this form, but must download, complete and mail a printed version with payment and required materials in order to be considered.
