How to format the title page for your thesis
Each thesis should begin with a title page that provides the title of the document, the type of thesis (i.e., service learning or empirical), the affiliation, author's name, location, and date. Along with the inclusion of these components, language is included that indicates that the document is in partial fulfillment for the Bachelor of Arts degree. Here is an example:
