Warmup: 4:30 pm; Races begin 5 pm

2nd Annual Swim Meet - for students, staff & faculty

Meet Coordinator: Peter Casares, Bates Head Swim Coach

Registration begins September 22nd.

INFO:

1. Races will be held in this order:

Event	Male Winner	Female Winner
50 Yard Freestyle
100 Yard Individual Medley
50 Yard Breaststroke
1 Meter Diving (3 dives needed to compete)
100 Yard Freestyle
50 Yard Backstroke
50 Yard Butterfly

2. You may enter as many events as you want. Points are scored for the top 16 finishers of each event.

Points: NCAA Championship Meet Scoring (1st through 16th)
20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

3. The highest scoring Male and Female will receive an IM Championship T-shirt. The top finishers in each race will receive a prize too! (You'll need to win in order to find out what it is!)

4. Training is on your own. Suggestions include:

Stroke Development Class: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:45-7:45 am
Rec Swim: M-F, 7:30-9 am; Noon-2 pm; 9-10 pm; Sat/Sun, Noon-4 pm

5. 200 Freestyle Relay. Individuals interested in participating in the 200 Freestyle Relay should indicate on their registration form. Teams will be formed at the swim meet.
