Abstract
The purpose of this study is to compile existing geologic data pertaining to the region of question, as well as compile new data, including records of Tectonic activity in the region, soundings that indicate density of earth materials (as well as changes in such densities), infra-red maps showing the varying heat of the earth's crust, etc. It is hypothesized, using existing research, that there is such a boundary, and that it lies somewhere in northeast Russia (see map).
Using the information discussed above (and perhaps a little creative interpretation), I hope to prove once and for all that such a boundary does exist, and to obtain strong enough evidence to be able to safely say where these two plates meet.
