Each student is required to submit this completed report no later than one month following the completion of the internship. A letter format may be used if it includes responses to these questions, otherwise use the back of this page to answer them. This report will be used by the Committee on Environmental Studies to evaluate the educational benefits of your internship, and to assess whether the sponsor should be available to other students in their searches for internship opportunities.
